1st booking the executive lofts dapat suites F2-15-0* , keadaan dlm rumah tu tak bersih , berhabuk dan tak seperti dlm gambar pun . Katanya randomly dpt tapi tak pernah lagi la booking mna2 , gmbar tak sama dgn apa yg kita dapat . Lepas complain , customer service bagi tukar suites so dapat dekat Hyve Soho Suites pulak , better laa jgk , bersih , ada mesin basuh seperti dlm gmbar dan puas hati berbanding dpt yg first tu . 5 gambar pertama yg the lofts tu ,gambar ke 6 gambar the lofts ambil dari 訂房網站.com and gmbar last suites baru iaity hyve soho .

Check in was supposed to be at 3 PM, yet the unit PIN was only provided at 3 PM. Upon attempting to enter, the password given was incorrect. After multiple failed attempts, the door went into lockdown, forcing us to wait outside for 15 minutes each time??? this happened for almost 5th times. We contacted the PIC, who later confirmed that the wrong password had been provided. This caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary waiting. While the unit itself is clean, the noise level is unacceptable. Even my husband was unable to sleep due to constant disturbances, including repeated attempts by others to open doors. These issues should be resolved immediately to avoid causing the same inconvenience to other clients

Номера не соответствовали картинке. Вроде бронировал один, приезжаю в другой. Был очень шумный номер, просил переехать. Переехала ещё более шумный номер. Попросил вернуть деньги. Очень тяжело возвращали, помогла только техподдержка трипком. В итоге заселили меня на одну ночь вообще в другом месте.

Every single hour to late check out or early check in is chargable! Min amenities. The instruction to get the key is so frustrating, even w vide or picture they are not really helping. The telephonist is blurred and not really understand the issue. Not really encouraged to stay here.

1. There is cockroach in the room 🤢 2. So confused to find the mailbox room and no instructions where to find our room. Got to explore by ourselves which took us about an hour, just to find the correct lift.
